Ship items within 2 business days after they are sold. Fill out shipping information for each transaction in the provided Google Forms in the 'To Receive' section.

4. Be responsive when Keyra's team reach out

Always respond to Keyra's team quickly and truthfully, especially when there's a refund investigation on a transaction.

5. Accept refund requests

Accept a refund request if a transaction is eligible for a refund according to Keyra's returns policy.
