1. Buyer Protection Coverage
Keyra's Buyer Protection covers:
- Non-delivery of items – If a seller fails to ship the item after purchase.
- Significantly not as described items – If the item received does not match the seller's description, including the condition, size, or other key details.
- Damaged or defective items – If the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Misleading or fraudulent items – If an item is found to be counterfeit or violates Keyra's policies.
2. Conditions for Buyer Protection
To be eligible for Buyer Protection, please ensure the following:
- Report Issues Within 7 Days – If you experience any issues with your order, please report them to Keyra's support team within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide Evidence – If the item is not as described or arrives damaged, please provide clear photos or videos showing the discrepancy or damage.
- Return Process – If your issue is eligible for protection, you may be asked to return the item to the seller. Keyra will assist in coordinating the return process.
3. How Buyer Protection Works
- Order Dispute: If you believe there's an issue with your purchase (e.g., non-delivery, damaged goods, or counterfeit items), you can contact our Customer Support Team via the app or email.
- Investigation: Once you file a dispute, our team will review the case and may reach out to the seller for clarification. We may also ask you for additional documentation (e.g., tracking information, pictures of the item).
- Resolution: After our investigation, if we determine the issue qualifies under Buyer Protection, we will offer a refund or replacement depending on the situation.
4. Shipping Delays
- International Shipping: Due to global logistics challenges, delivery times may vary based on your location. Please note that Keyra cannot control shipping delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Tracking Information: We will provide tracking information where available. If you experience a significant delay, please contact our support team, and we will work with the seller to assist you.
5. Eligibility Exclusions
Buyer Protection may not apply in the following cases:
- Buyer's Mistakes: If the issue was caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the buyer.
- Buyer's Change of Mind: If the buyer simply decides they no longer want the item.
- Items Not Reported on Time: Issues reported after 7 days of receiving the item will not be covered by Buyer Protection.
