1. What is Keyra?
Keyra is a SEA-based livestream auction marketplace for authentic collectibles, starting in Thailand. We are on a mission to make collectible transactions safer, smoother, and more fun:
- We make it safe by vetting all sellers and items. We issue full refunds if buyers receive fake items.
- We make it smooth with well-organized item categories and integrated bidding, payment, and logistics systems.
- We make it fun with various built-in transaction methods: livestream auction, card breaks, raffle, giveaway, and many more.
2. Who can sell on Keyra?
Currently, only sellers located in Thailand are eligible. Buyers, however, can be from anywhere in the world. Sellers must adhere to our listing guidelines and ensure that all listed items are authentic.
3. What items are allowed on Keyra?
You can sell any authentic collectible items that comply with our listing guidelines. Notable categories include sneakers, sports cards, trading card games, men's fashion, women's fashion, pop mart figures, amulets, watches, jewelry, and many more. Items that are counterfeit or have misleading claims about their value, condition, or characteristics are strictly prohibited.
4. How do livestream auctions work?
Sellers host livestream auctions in the app, presenting multiple items in a single livestream session. Buyers place bids on each item in real time. When a specific item's countdown timer expires, the highest bidder wins that item and the sale will be finalized in the platform's Activity section.
5. How does shipping work?
Sellers have to ship their items with their chosen carriers to Keyra's warehouse in Bangkok for an authenticity check. Keyra then ships the verified items to buyers. If an item was found to be fake or misleading, Keyra will return it to the seller and refund the buyer.
Shipping fees are calculated based solely on Keyra's warehouse location and the buyer's location.
6. How are payments processed?
Buyers pay for items (including shipping fees) through our secure payment system. Sellers receive payouts after successful transactions, subject to our payout policies.
7. What commission does Keyra charge?
Keyra doesn't charge any commission fee. Though please note that there is a Stripe Connect payment processing fee around 2%. This fee is deducted automatically from the sale proceeds.
8. What should I do if there's a problem with my transaction?
