How Keyra handles the information you send us
Last updated 27 October 2026.
What we collect
When you fill in the form on keyra.co we receive what you type: your name, work email, company name and website, which listing you chose, whether you are the data owner or referring a company, and your description of the data. We don't ask for, and you shouldn't send, any of the underlying records themselves at this stage.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, set up an introductory call, and assess whether your company's data could be licensed through Keyra. If you refer a company, we use your details to attribute the referral and pay any referral fee that becomes due.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored by our website host, Netlify, and in Keyra's email. They are visible only to the Keyra team. We don't sell or rent your contact details, and we don't share them with buyers unless and until you ask us to introduce you.
Cookies and analytics
keyra.co sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address when it serves the font files.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards so we can follow up when new listings open. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your choices
Email support@keyra.co to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to ask us not to contact you again.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
This is a plain-language notice for an early-stage company. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it as your formal privacy policy, especially if you handle data from the EU, UK or California.
